- Inspections

- Importantly
- * As Victoria reopens in line with the Roadmap Delivering the National Plan, from Friday 22 October 2021 most businesses and venues will be required to check that all visitors, patrons and staff over the age of 16 are fully vaccinated against COVID-19 before they enter the premises.
- Please contact the agent to register for the open for inspection and Auction (Note: Government requirements: entrants must be fully vaccinated and show their status via the Service Victoria app upon arrival) paper form, or alternatively if status is unknown private appointments may be available on an individual basis.
- Guidance for property and real estate businesses in Victoria
- Regional Victoria and metropolitan Melbourne will unite and share the same restrictions, enabling people to travel between Melbourne, regional Victoria and interstate.
- Masks will remain mandatory indoors but are no longer required outdoors. Most indoor settings, including restaurants, pubs, gyms and hairdressers will open with no capacity limits subject to a DQ4 (one person per four square metres) limit, if all staff and patrons (excluding in general retail) are fully vaccinated.
- Most outdoor settings will remain at DQ2 (one person per two square metres) up to 500, where staff and patrons are fully vaccinated.
